The Analysis Of The Correlation Between C-peptide Level And Morbidity Of DN In Diabetes Type Ⅱ

DN is the most common complication of DM and is the main factor that leads to the failure of the kidney. 96% of DM is type 2 which invases after one's middle age and change into DN about 10～20 years. After that the speed of late kidneys' failure is more than 10 times faster than common nephrotoxic disease. In addition the store function of kidney of old man is decreasing so the kidneys' failure is more serious than young man. The exsiting ratio of old DM man can be increased by prevention and delay of DN. In the clinical examination we detect that morbidity of DM is more in the DM type 2 with low C-peptide level with the same motbidity years. In this point C-peptide has a significant sence in control of DN of diabetes type 2.Experiment objective: to investigate the correlation between C-peptide and DN of diabetes type II by C-peptide release experiment and 4 examinations of kidney in urine.Experiment Methods: selecting 144 DM type 2 in-patients(who were treated with insulin) records in 2004.6～2006.8 with C-peptide release experiment and examination of kidney in urine with the synchronous examination. The abnormal ratio of measurement index is made by making a comparison with Spearman correlation and t-test between the result of C-peptide level and 4 examinations of kidney in urine of every 30 minutes in 2 hours. And the statistics methods are McNamara-test,tabular form's X²-test of two independent samples and direct probability test.Conclusion:1,The longer time of the morbidity and abnormal ratio of 4 examinations of kidney in urine, the more important statistics sense of abnormal ALB number in urine.2,It maybe independence between morbidity years and abnormal ratio ofevery phrase of C-peptide level's descent.3,It has sharp difference between C-peptide level's descent and abnormal ratio of 4 examinations of kidney in urine at 0 minute, 30^th minute, 60^th minute and 120^th minute. And they maybe independent.4,It has no sharp difference between C-peptide level's descent and abnormal ratio of 4 examinations of kidney in urine at 60^th minute so they are positive correlation. While it has sharp difference between C-peptide level's descent and the indexes of 4 examinations of kidney in urine at 60^th minute so they arc negative correlation. Thus the result indicates that it can direct clinical observation,treatment and assessment after cure.
