Purpose:The changes of three different load conditions VEGF expression in mice myocardium were observed.And further expounded the rules that the regeneration blood vessel ability were influenced by the different loads.Thus the theory were provided for reasonably arranging the physiological load of exercise of the athletes.Means:As experimental objects, 30 Kunming male mice that each one weight 34±1.87g with feeding by the state standards of rodents feeding and free eating influent are divided into 3 groups randomly after a week feeding adaptability, that is, the control group,the 120 minutes group,the 120 minutes + burdened group.A. The comparison group was immersed in the same temperature shallow water and limited their activities. B. the unload group swam by medium intensity for training. The swimming pool size is 150 cm x 32cm x 80cm and 25 cm depth. The temperature of water is 32±1°C. They were trained six days a week and trained once in a day. The first day trained for 10 minutes and since then gradually increased to 10 minutes the first time to swim at the weekend reached 60 minutes. After Second weekend it added to 120 minutes. Intensity beyond this they swam for eight weeks. C. the load group is trained for 120 minutes with the group training conditions and methods of the same situation. Only the tail load increased 5% of the weight (fine wire winding tail). In eight weeks time convalesce control group was immersed in water for 120 minutes. And the other two will be gradually completed the daily 120-minute training. Upon completion of the training, the heart was removed. Them were fixed by HE and stained immunochemically after embedding. Observed the change in the body weight and VEGF expression. Use IMAGE PRO PLUS 5.1 image analysis software measuring area ratio.Results:120 minutes + burdened group of three groups with the reorganization of the training time can not be extended gradually to the smooth completion of tasks. They had shown exhaustion after training. And the other two groups of mice activities in the state have been better. Three groups of mice in eight weeks of training time drank water and ate better. Their weight had been showing an upward trend. The control group displayed for the negative VEGF expression. The 120 minutes group displayed weakly positive expression. The 120 minutes + burdened group displayed positive recombinant expression. Conclusion:Certain movement can secrete vascular endothelial growth factor of myocardial. In the appropriate time, with campaign greater, the intensity of vascular endothelial growth factor express stronger. And it is not likely to cause serious cardiac injury. Training of athletes at the and daily exercise of general population must achieve remarkable results with maintaining a certain degree of effective time. This will have a training effect and will not cause significant harm to the body. Less than the effective time, and no training effect. More effective time would cause harm.
