Clinical Rearsearch In Patients With Maxillary Defect Rehabilitated With Maxillary Obturator Prosthesis Of Pure Titanium Framework

Maxillary defects can cause serious chewing, language and swallowing dysfunction. Maxillary defects mainly rely on obturator prosthesis .Prosthesis have better surgical reconstruction after defect. Solid results largely depend on the design of the retention. To rehabilating the tissue defects, prosthesis generally have larger body which increases the weight of the prosthesis, also the health and the retention ofteeth is harmful. From the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College, 15 cases of maxillary defects with maxillary obturator prosthesis of pure titanium framework are chosen to analyze as follows.
