Research On The Quality Of Life After The Three Different Inguinal Herniorrhaphy

Objective: Inguinal hernioplasty is the major method to cure inguinal hernia. As the society develops, the method is changed from Bassini inguinal hernia repair and Mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty, to the new carried Transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair(TAPP). Quality of life as a all-round index to represent the health condition of patients, it can be more overall and objective to assess the treatment effect. The three kinds of operation above-mentioned, there is still no report about the influence of the quality of life of patients. We survey and analyse 30 cases of patients who taken inguinal hernioplasty on the dynamic change of the quality of life each method .We track and collect the change of quality of life of patients, and then analyse the difference about the quality of life of patients in the 3 methods.Method: The modified GLQI index was used to analyse and test , record each 30 patients value of the quality of life in pre-operation,1 week after,4 week after,3 months after, 6 months after,12 months after about Bassini inguinal hernia repair (Group A),Mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty (Group B) and Transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair (Group C).
