The development of near-infrared techniques for the non-invasive detection of blood component concentrations has attracted significant interest in recent years. But the non-invasive measurement of blood compositions has not yet been applied to the clinical field. The most important difficult problems are the effects of the individual discrepancy and measurement conditions, which debase the prediction accuracy and deter further application of the non-invasive blood components detection. Therefore, PhD Li put forward the conception of Dynamic Spectrum method, with which we can remove the effect of the individual discrepancy and the measurement conditions, and improve the measure precision of the blood component measurement. So, how to detect the Dynamic Spectrum in effective ways is the first and most important problem to solve. In this paper, based on the special domain spectroscopy using CCD as detector, the exploring work about the Dynamic Spectrum Detection System is researched. Begin from the principle of Dynamic Spectrum, the high precision and high speed performance demands of the detection system are discussed in detail. As the principle and the characteristic request for the detecting system, the performance parameter demands of the sensor is discussed and the appropriate CCD is chosen; the timing drive and the control circuit is designed based on CPLD; the preprocessing and the acquisition system of the photoelectric signal is also presented. Finally, the experiment on the CCD timing drive and signal processing circuit is made, and the result shows that the timing drive circuit could cooperate with the high performance CCD well; also based on the experimental result of the signal detected, we analyze the error of the system and the relationship of the effective detection distance with the power of the laser light source.Compared with the general spectroscopy, the detection system of the Dynamic Spectrum is improved in the aspect of precision and the speed. In this paper, the basic research of the Dynamic Spectrum Detection System is done, and the feasibility of the Dynamic Spectrum based on spatial domain spectroscopy is validated.
