Objective The research divided into theoretical and experimental parts wasto explore the the Relationships Between the Syndrome of blood stasis andVascular endotheliocyte vascular(VEC). and want to observe the protectiveaction influence of Taohe Chengqi Decoction on the vascular endotheliocytevascular. Methods.Methods â‘ theoretical research: unscrambling and contrast the literatureabout the Syndrome of blood stasis and VEC.â‘¡experimental research: Colibacillus endotoxin was taken to duplicate theendotoxic model rats with heat stagnation syndrome. Examine the influence ofTaohe Chengqi Decoction on rats'blood viscosity, plasma viscosity,haematocrit, prothrombin time , activated partial thromboplastin time,andcontents of SOD and MDA.Results model team rats'blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, haematocrit wereraised and prothrombin time ,activated partial thromboplastin were reduced. Atthe same time the content of SOD redused and the change of the MDA wasopposite.Conclusion the injury of endothelial cells was basic link during the BloodStasis Syndrome . Taohe Chengqi Decoction could anticoagulated blood andinhibits oxidation, to prevent the injury of endothelial cells.
