With the development of the Brain Science in the world from individual molecules to complex behaviors, there're more and more achievement and progress in this field. Furthermore, more and more genes related to brain are discovered. It's more and more important to collect and analyze these genes information. So a database which collects more than 400 genes which is related to rain function is established. It's designed according to browser and Sever Web structure. It provides a platform for sharing the research progresses in brain related genes. However, the datasets and research are done by different researchers and institute. It's lack of the consensus on the description of the terms, concept and definitions. It causes the technical difficulty of collating and relating such disparate types of information and the redundancy of study. based on MeSH-2004, we constructed a Brain Science related phenotype Ontology with the knowledge of Brain Science and Ontology. It provides a canonical, systemic and structural term system for study of Brain Science and its phenotypes include terms of Behavior, psychology, rain Disorder and Mental Disorder. By using this Ontology, we can integrate isomerous data. It will increase the efficiency of information acquisition, management and search, and provide a platform for data sharing and data mining. The Brain Science related phenotype Ontology is integrated to the database and shown in the web page. Each term has several corresponding genes. In the same way, each gene has several corresponding terms. They have many-to-many relationship and can be transformed expediently. It's not only play an important role in collecting, organize and search these genes and terms, but also convenient for to sharing the information in our database and others.Last but not least, the genes which belong to the same terms are analyzed in order to discover more rules and evidence between them. Data Mining and statistic method are useful in this problem. More genes related to brain will be discovered and classified. With the development of the brain science and neuroinformatics, the scale and the function of our database would be improved a lot.
