Background:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is a disease characterized by airflow limitation that is not fully reversible . The airflow limitation is usually progressive and associated with an abnormal response of lungs to noxious particles or gases. COPD is a grave disease to people. It projected to rank fifth in 2020 as a worldwide burden of disease according to a study published by the World Health Organization. Though a devil of studying, its pathogenesis hasn't been completely known by people. Current medical treatment includes smoking Cessation , bronchodilators anti-inflammatory and so on to the patients stable COPD, but no effective and economic treatments for COPD are available. So the urgent problem affronting the medical science field is to seek effective medications for COPD.Purpose:Detect the effect of Penehyclidine Hydrochlonride to COPD rat model, approach the faction and mechanism of Penehyclidine Hydrochlonride on COPD rats model.Method:30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: Blank group, model group, and Penehyclidine Hydrochlonride group. There are ten rats in each group. The COPD pattern of the rats was established by intratracheal infusion of LPS twice together with consecutive exposure to cigarette smoking for 30 days .Injection drags from the 16th day. The general state of health, respiratory symptom and the histomorphology changes of the lung were carefully recorded at the end of the experiment and the lung function of the rats,...
