Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is a kind of regressive disease of central nervous system (CNS) with anamnesis loss and cognitive ability damage. So research about animal models of AD has become one of the main aspects to which researchers pay attention. animal models of AD have transgene animal model, destruction animal model, intoxication animal model and immunity animal model. To compare the morphological specificity of brain, observe the alteration of synaptic ultrastructure in three kinds of animal models with Alzheimer's disease and investigate the mechanism of AD.72 healthy Wistar rats were devided randomly into six groups: normal control group , D-galactose group , Aβ25-35 control group , Aβ25-35 model group, aluminium toxicosis control and aluminium toxicosis group. There are six female rats and six male rats in each group. Except the normal control group, the others were injected D-Galactose (50mg.kg-1.d-1)peritoneally for 42days. At the 29th day , certain area of hippocampus of Aβ25-35 model group was injected with Aβ25-35 4μl(1μg.μl-1), while Aβ25-35 control group were injected with isotonic saline. Aluminium toxicosis model group was intragastric administrated AlCl(350mg.kg-1.d-1)for 42 days meanwhile D-Gal peritoneally injected, while Aluminium toxicosis control group with isotonic saline was intragastric administrated. Malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were meseasured by chromatometry 42 days later. HE staining was applied as a method to observe cell damage and gliosis in cerebral cortex and hippocampus. Density of synapse of parametes and alteration of nerve...
