Retrospective Clinical Analysis Of HBV-GN: AReport Of 32 Case

BackgroundThere is a higher rate of HBV infection in our country.HBV is a kind of DNA virus which belongs to hepadnavividae.lt is a 42nm-sized sphere granule and called Dane partical.It has been confirmed that HBVcan lead to other organs damages,except hepatitis,liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma .The detection of HBsAg in the kidney of a patient with membranous nephropathy was reported by Combes in 1971 and HBeAg,HBcAg was found in kidneys one after the other in 1979 and 1980.The researchers in many countries paid attension to the relationship between HBV infection and glomerulonephritis.Now,it is well accept that HBV infection can lead to nephritis as a independent disease called hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis(HBV-GN).The pathogenetic mechanism of HBV-GN remains unclear.It is suggestd that HBVimmune complexes play a main role to pathogenesis of HBV-GN,the HBV infect kidneys directly leading to nephritis is also a important mechanism.ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between HBV infection and kidney pathologic damages in HBV-GN cases,and the relationship between hepatic damages and kidney damages. Summarize experience and improve the knowledge of this disease. MethodsThe clinical data of 32 patients with HBV-GN from 97cases HBVAg-positive in second affiliated hospital of Nanchang University were collected from Aug,1995 toAug,2005.The general conditions,clinical manifestation,biochemicala and kidney biopsies results were analyzed.And this data were relatively statistical analyzed.
