Objectives:The objective of this study is to explore the feasibility of detecting the different degree ischemic myocardial by MCE and adenosine stressing real-time MCE, compare the MCE and the Evans' blue staining after blocking the coronary artery, discover the dependablity of them.Methods:Twelve mongrel dogs (15~20Kg) were used in the experiment to make the different model with the different-degree stenosis. The Philips Sonos 5500 was used , select the middle of papillary muscle minor axis scan plane of left cardiac ventricle. Observe the resting and stressing myocardial MCE before the coronary artery stenosis, the coronary artery midrange stenosis and the the coronary artery severe stenosis by real-time MCE. All the MCE pictures were stored. After MCE, execute the dog and pick the heart. Evan's Blue liquor were injected to stain the myocardium. Slice the heart to thickness flakes, take photograph by digital camera.Import the all the MCE pictures stored to computer, analyse the picture by Qlab. Analysis the anterior wall and anterior septal in the middle papillary muscle minor axis scan plane of left cardiac ventricle, get the time-intensity curve and the fitting curve of them, from the curve we can get the numerus to reflect the blood...
