The function of serum proteins and peptides are constantly the researching object.This article is on account of the technology of electrophoresis and mass-spectrometric detection to extract the serum peptide and discover the biomarker for the clinical diagnosis. The polypeptide electrophoresis can check the residue level of giant molecule protein and display the strap of serum peptides.The significance of this essay: establish a complete set of the analytical method of serum peptidomics; elevate the stability of the method and make the satisfactory base for the further clinical research.
