Study On Mechanism Of Moxibustion To Treat Tumor And Medical Basis Of The Compound Light Tumor Auxiliary Theatment

Moxibustion treatment is the important part of acupuncture and moxibustion in TCM. Moxibustion treats disease not only common diseases and chronic diseases, but also tremendous diseases which affect human health, such as tumor. Because moxibustion can improve the tumor patient's immunity, alleviate the side effect of radiation therapy and chemotherapy and improve clinical symptoms, it has shown good application prospect in auxiliary therapy of tumor. Moxa burning is not only producing air pollutions but also injuring skin without good temperature controlling. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of using the compound light instrument of duplicating the spectrum of moxibustion to treat tumor, based on the researching characteristic of heat radiation of moxa.Firstly, in this paper, we introduce the tumor pathogenesis and systematically analyze the research overview of treating tumor of moxibustion. Moreover, the paper studies the mechanism of treating tumor by moxibustion from two aspects: one on the local effects, the other on the whole effects. In order to duplicate the spectrum of moxibustion, the spectrum of the old mugwort and new mugwort is measured by grating and spectrum instrument. The halogen tungsten light is chosen to duplicate the spectrum of moxibustion; the spectrum is measured and compared with the spectrum of moxa. As a result, the spectrum of halogen tungsten light with light filter is similar to the spectrum of moxa, which realizes the duplicate of modern optical technique for the spectrum of moxa. Secondly, the idea of auxiliary therapy for tumor by compound light is brought forward based on comparing the spectrum of halogen tungsten light with moxa. And the paper studies the biological effects of compound light and the mechanism of compound light auxiliary therapy. Finally, based on the theory of buqi and tiaoqi, this paper proposes atherapeutic schedule and a choosing point's method for auxiliary therapy by moxibustion and compound light. It provides the basis for the better effects in tumor auxiliary therapy by moxibustion and compound light.The research verifies the effect of moxibustion treatment for tumor and researches the mechanism of treating tumor by compound light therapeutic instrument, which investigates by TCM theory and modern biophysical technology. Consequently, a new therapy is proposed that can replace with moxibustion, which makes moxibustion treat tumor popularization, family even more, and gives full play to the auxiliary function of treating tumor.
