Objective: The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the ability of root canal obturation by Obturaâ…¡with System B.Material and Methods:40 human mandibular singal rootcanal premolar teeth were prepared by Tri auto system using NiTi Profile sharper by Crown down and step-beck method. And devided into 4 groups(named A,B,C,D;each group 10 teeth). Group A were obturated by cold gutta-percha lateral compaction. Group B were obturated byObturaâ…¡.Group C were obturated by Obturaâ…¡with main point .Group D were obturated with Obturaâ…¡with SystemB, main cone. All the four groups used AH-Plus sealer. After obtural materials were completely drying, put all the teeth into GOD microleakage model. Acquisited the solution samples from the bottom bottle of the model in 1,4,10,15,20,25,30 days and check the concentration of glucose in order to measure the microleakage. 5 months after finshing GOD measure,8 teeth of each experimental group were stained by methylee blue and then made into transparent teeth model, other 2 teeth were observed by scanning electron microscope. Results: There was no singnificant difference among the experimental groups in 1,4,7days(P>0.05). There was singnificant difference among the experimental groups after 10 days(P<0.05).The microleakage of Group D< Group C
