Preparation Of Two New Kinds Of Microcapsules And Studies On Its Function

This paper described two new kinds of microcapsules prepared by low molecular chitosans(LMCS), normal alginate(ALG) and low molecular alginate(LMALG).The molecular weight change of chitosans in H₂O₂ from 1h to 48h and the molecular weight change of alginate under different radialization of UV was researched, then two kinds of capsules with LMCS,ALG,LMALG were synthesized by Micro-emulsification technique.The diameter of microcapsules prepared by LMCS and ALG were in micro scale, while another prepared by LMCS and LMALG were spherical nanoparticles. After optimized by single factor and orthogonal design experiment the best result of LMCS / LMALG spherical nanoparticles are span=0.55 and the diameter is about 136nm.The LMCS / LMALG spherical nanoparticles were synthesized in the quaternary W/O inverse microemulsion system containing Triton X-100, cyclohexane, n-pentanol and the aqueous solution, the optimum point for LMALG gelatum and LMCS solution in the Microemulsification system is find out ,it is48.21 (wt) % cyclohexane, 16.79 (wt) % (Triton X-100+ n-pentanol) with30(wt)% LMALG gelatum;48.21 (wt) % cyclohexane, 16.09 (wt) % (Triton X-100+ n-pentanol) with 35.71(wt)% chitosans aqua.The microcapsules loadding BSA was optimized by single factor and orthogonal design experiment the sustained release characteration of the BSA contained is researched; results showed that the encapsulation rate can be approach to 88.4% and sustained release characteration of the capsules is good during 24h. The toxicity experiment of the animals and the cell toxicity experiment substantiated that the microcapsules has good biocompatibility.
