Microecology is a new developing subject. The medical microecology mainly studies the ecological treatment and ecology adjustment.. The vaginal microecology is a very sensitive system and it is very easy to change when influenced by internal or external factor. Up to now, microecologics are almost made of live bacteria, however, it is difficult for them to be transported, to be kept. Live microecologics are not stable, and can not be used with antibiotics. So, heat killed probiotics were paid close attention to recently. The lactobacillus is a part of normal flora of human intestines and genital tracts, and is regarded as Probiotics to use, and give protective action of the health through taking orally or other ways. Lactobacillus functionalities include: improving genital and intestinal tract function, preventing and cure diarrhea, regulating immune function, preventing allergies, binding and eliminating ang eliminating toxin, preventing dental caries, etc. Lactobacillus acidophillus, Bifidobacterium and Enterococcus, are all important intestinal probiotics in human body, which play a vital role in maintaining and regulating microecological balance. In this research, we investigated the adhesive ability of three intestinal probiotics as Lactobacillus acidophillus, Bifidobacterium and Enterococcus in living and heat-killed biological forms and competitive inhibition of adherence of these three probiotics in two states on pathogenic bacteria, the research contents and main result are as follows:...
