Students' t-test was used to determine if there were significant differences between the two groups with SPSS 11.5 software.[Results] The incidence of patients with congenital lower anterior teeth in Jinan was 6.28%.There were 40 female of the total 60 patients, with ratio 66.7% ; 20 male , with the ratio 33.3%.Among them 32 patients were with only one incisor absence , with ratio 53.3% ;28 patients with two incisors congenital missing, with ratio 46.7%.Among the 60 patients there were 35% skeletal type I, 60% skeletal type II,5% skeletal type III; the constituent ratio of vertical skeletal type was: average vertical skeletal type 45%, larger vertical skeletal type 40%,lower vertical skeletal type 15%.Bolton analysis of the patients was smaller than the normal ones.
