Empirical Study Of Tiao Zhi Ji Solubal On Anti-hepatic Fibrosis Rats HA, PCⅢ, IL-1β And Lipid Effect

Objective By observing Tiao Zhi Ji Solubal's influence on serum, lipid in hepatic tissue,indexes of hepatic fibrosis in serum, IL-1 β and liver pathologic histology of hepatic fibrosis rats which were induced by composite factor and degenerated from fatty liver, explore therapeutic effects and mechanisms of action of Tiao Zhi Ji Solubal in treating hepatic fibrosis degenerated from fatty liver.Method 48 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups : normal group, model group, Tiao Zhi Ji Solubal group ,Essentiale Forte N group.CCL₄ and fat emulsion was used to induce fatty liver degenerating to hepatic fibrosis in rats . Compare with Essentiale Forte N group, to observe alteration hepatic histopathology, TG and CHOL in serum and hepatic tissue, Indexes of hepatic fibrosis in serum (PCIII, HA) and IL-1 β .Result All indexes of Tiao Zhi Ji Solubal group ,Essentiale Forte N group, and model group are high than normal group. Tiao Zhi Ji Solubal can lessen hepatic tissue damage, fatty degeneration, hepatic fibrosis, and significantly lower TG and CHOL in serum and hepatic tissue, reduce the contents of PCIII, HA and lower IL-1 β.Conclusion Mechanisms of action of Tiao Zhi Ji Solubal in treating hepatic fibrosis degenerated from fatty liver as follows:1.
