To Study The Effect On Apoptosis Of SGC-7901 And On Proliferation And Migration Of BAECs Caused By Qingrexiaojifang

Objective To study the effect on apoptosis of SGC-7901 And on Proliferation and Migration of BAECs caused by qingrexiaojifangMethods bovine aortic endothelial cells (BAECs)and cells of human cancerous cell line SGC-7901 were cultured with different concentrations of qingrexiaojifang, Proliferation of BAECs and SGC-7901 were measured by MTT colorimetric assay ; The effects of various concentration of qingrexiaojifang on the migration of BAECs were investigated by agorose assay; microscopy and electron microscopy were used to demonstrate the presence of apoptosis. Result: 1 .qingrexiaojifang could inhibit the proliferation and the migration of BAECs, In the qingrexiaojifang low, medium and high dose group, the inhibition rate of the proliferation and the migration of BAECs were 10.8%,11.2%,20.1% and 15.5%,19.7%,30.2%, as compared with the inhibition of the contol group ,the difference was significant. (P<0.01),and the effects of inhibition were in a dose-dependent manner. The inhibition effects of migration of on BAECs is much serious than proliferation. (P<0.01).2.The experiment showed that qingrexiaojifang could inhibit the growth of SGC-7901 cells significantly, In the qingrexiaojifang low, medium and high dose group, the inhibition rate of the proliferation of SGC-7901 were 7.4% , 8.6% and 16.3%, as compared with the inhibition of the contol group ,the difference was significant.
