Objective:The possibility application of the Near-infrared spectrum (NIRs) technique is used for stereotactic operation guidance or realtime monitoring in neurosurgery field is discussed in this research。NIRs spectrum character of rat brain tissue in experiment track is measured , to obtain reduced scattering coefficient fitting equation of rat brain tissue, and monitoring spectrum change character in electricity simulation for Parkinson's Disease, then to get some results for clinic application.Methods:1, First, the law of reduced scattering coefficient(μ's) was studied. After system calibration , intraliquid and phantom spectrum experiment was done by Y shape fiber probe , thenμ's of intralipid and phantom model was measured with OxiMeter. By analyzing the experiment results, the fitting equation amongμ's , slope (S) of the curve in NIRS and the wavelength (λ) was obtained; and then the equation was verified by milk and phantom experiments. Finally, the verified equation was programmed into system software.2, Healthy and mature rat with weight between 200g and 240g was selected . After hocused , the rat was fixed on stereotactic frame. With the inside of globus pallidus as the target, while the fiber probe was stepped slowly into the brain tissue, the spectrum in the tip of probe in brain tissue was recorded. Through analyzing the spectrum and contrasting anatomical image of rat's brain with brain slices, the law ofμ's of different parts(cortex, callus, etc) of brain tissue was obtained.3, The electricity simulation on the rat was done, and at the same time the change of spectrums with the different electricity stimulation conditions (volt, frequency) and the raw of reduced scattering coefficient is observed and recorded, and finally the conclusion was concluded.Results:1, In NIRs wavelength range between 700nm and 790nm, the spectrum curves of rat's brain tissue had good linearity , and the slope of the NIRs range was changing with different tissues. The change ofμ's and slope was consistent; while the value of theμ's of brain...
