The Effect Of Ligustrazine On Serum P-selectin And Lymphangiogenesis In The Lung Tissue Of Asthmatic Rats

Objective: To explore the effects of ligustrazine on serum P-selectin and lymphangiogenesis in the lung tissue of rat model of bronchial asthma.Methods: 96 male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 experimental groups(16 in each): normal control group(A), asthmatic model group(B), Dexamethasone group(C), low-dose of Ligustrazine group (D), high-dose of Ligustrazine group (E), combinative therapy group(F).The asthmatic model was established by repeated inhalation of ovalbulium.At the 7th and 14th day after challenge or treatment,the levels of serum P-selectin were measured by ELISA.The expression of VEGFR-3 and VEGF-D in the lung tissues was observed by means of immunohistochemical staining. Differential leukocytes counts in BALF were performed after staining with Wright staining. The eosinophil counts in BALF and serum were counted.Results:①There are little expressions of serum P-selectin and VEGFR-3,VEGF-D in the lung tissue of normal rats.②The expressions of serum P-selectin and VEGFR-3,VEGF-D in B group were increased after OVA challenged one week (P<0.05)and increased more significantly after OVA challenged two weeks compared with that in A group and the same group in one week (P<0.001).③The expression of serum P-selectin after be treated by medicine:after treated one week, the expressions of serum P-selectin in C,D,E and F group were significantly lower than that in B group (P<0.001). After treated two weeks, the expressions of serum P-selectin in C and D group were similar to that in A group(P>0.05)and lower than that in D and F group. There were no significantly difference between C and E group(P>0.05).④The expressions of VEGFR-3 in the lung tissue after be treated by medicine: after intervening one week, the expressions of VEGFR-3 in the lung tissue in D,E group were significantly higher than that in A,C,F group(P<0.05). Both D and E group shown no significantly difference (P>0.05). After intervening two weeks, the expressions of VEGFR-3 in the lung tissue in D and E group were significantly higher than that in the same group in one week(P <0.05),but that in C and F group were shown no difference(P>0.05).⑤The expression of VEGF-D in the lung tissue after be treated by medicine: after treated one week, the expressions of VEGFR-D in the lung tissue in C,D,E and F group were significantly higher than that in A group (P <0.001), that in D,E group were higher than that inB,C,F...
