Objective: To study the level of serum PTM and the expression of TM ,TNFα,VEGF in renal tissue of MsPGN patients, and their relationship with renal function, proteinuria, blood clotting function and blood-fat. Method: The blood plasma PTM (with ELISA) and TM,TNFα,VEGF in glomerulus and renal interstitial vessel (with immunohistochemistry) contents were determined in MsPGN patients who were diagnosed by needle biopsy of kidney (n=54). According to the proliferated degree of intercapillar cells in mesangial region, the patients were divided into two groups: mild mesangial proliferation group and moderate mesangial proliferation group. Results: In moderate mesangial proliferation group, PTM levels is higher than those in mild mesangial proliferation group. PTM levels and proteinuria has correlation with the proliferated degree of mesentery. In 54 MsPGN patients, PTM levels has positive correlation with Feb, but has negative correlation with albumin and has no association with triglyceride,Ccr,total choleserol. The positive expression of TM,TNFα,VEGF in nephridial tissue is not different from moderate and mild mesangial proliferation groups. In the control group, the expression is negative. Conclusion: The blood plasma PTM level and proteinuria have correlation with the proliferated degree of mesangial cells in nephridial tissue. In 54 MsPGN patients, PTM levels has positive correlation with Feb and proteinuria, but has negative correlation with albumin., which prove that with the increase severity proliferation of mesangial cells in nephridial tissue, the proteinuria increases, the coagulation function accelerates, the blood plasma PTM level is higher.
