Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was employed to study the 3 genotypes m1m1 m1m2 and m2m2 in 3'-flanking region of CYP1A1 in blood sample and then analyze the frequencies. Statistical analysis was performed using multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analyses for evaluation of the data. Results: The frequencies of two alleles(m1,m2) were significant difference between the two groups. (P<0.05) the frequencies of genotypes m1m1, m1m2 and m2m2 were 33.4%,23.3% and 43.3% in mothers with hypospadias... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | hypospadias, Cytochromes P450, PCR, RFLP, Polymorphisms, Maternal | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
