Backgounds and Objects Hemangioma is one of the most common tumor in infants and children, which characteristics include that could occur earlier and grow fast after birth and could slowly regress spontaneously about 1 years old. Although it is possible for most hemangiomas regress spontaneously, it is still probable to damage the function of important organs and even threat to their lives in children with hemangiomas for their developing fast. It is difficult for clinician to treat these patients which are the hot spot in correlative investigation at present. According to researches about tumor, hypoxia is common in tumor growing process. As a type of benign tumor with high morbidity and strong destructiveness, there is hypoxia in hemangiomas process too. Investigation indicated that hypoxia can facilitate angiogenesis, up-regulate cellular fission and proliferation, also promote cell apoptosis in tumor. Hypoxia inducible factor-1 is the key active factor in hypoxia. This study investigates the expression of the hypoxia inducible factor-1 α ,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),cell proliferation nucleoantigen(Ki-67) and blood vessel endothelium mark antigen CD34 in...
