| ObjectiveTo study and analyze the risk factors and type of biliary complication (BC) following liver transplantation (LT) based on our own data.MethodData was retrospectively collected for all patients underwent liver transplantation(LT) From Jan. 1999 to Nov. 2005 in liver transplantation center, west china hospital, excluding cases of living less than 5 days and (or) integrated information. All patient came from the LT center of the West Of China Hospital and every one would have be observed for one month fowling LT .
