Study On Therapeutic Effect Of Puerarin On Rat Model Of Pre-Eclampsia

[Objective] To study the effect of puerarin on the NO concentration in rats with pre-eclampsia so as to study the therapeutic effect of puerarin on pre-eclampsia.[Methods] Thirty SD rats were selected and divide into three groups, normal pregnancy group , pre-eclampsia model group (On the gestational 14th day was endotoxin infused into vena caudalis of rats in the trial groups with the infusion pump at a speed of 2ml per one hour) and Puerarin group (On the gestational 14th day was endotoxin infused like pre-eclampsia model group , from gestational 14th day to gestational 21th day , Puerarin was injected into the abdominal cavity od the puerarin-treated group from gestational 14th day to the day of delivery with 30mg /kg per day) , each group has 10 SD rats. We determine the 24hr urine protein on gestation 8th, 15th, 19th day and the heart rate,blood pressure on gestation 10th, 15th, 19th day . On the gestational 21th day , we collected the placenta tissue and the blood of each group , weighted the neonatal-mouses of each group .
