PrefaceDiffuse brain injury ( DBI) after head trauma is associated with high morbidity and mortality rates. It is a major cause of death and persistent vegetative state after trauma. In 1994, Marmarou developed an experimental head injury model capable of producing diffuse brain injury in rats. This model is being paid more attention because it is simple, repeatable and similar with diffuse axonal injury and cerebral edema after brain injury.Analyze changes on serum lipid peroxide quality variety. There is obvious difference on serum lipid peroxide quality on rice between the normal group and the brain - hurting group , then contrast the brain - hurting group in which one has the treatment by hyperbaric oxygen and the other has not, there is still obvious difference on serum lipid peroxide quality between them, that prove the protection of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on brain - hurting, that provides evidence on treatment opportunity, treatment dose and treatment distance for research, full developing the protection of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on brain .ObjectiveObserving the changes on big rat hurt in 24 hours of sport function and e-quilibrium function, proceed the neurology grade point, measure change of lipid peroxide in brain organize after 2sd day, 5th day hurt, observe difference on organize alternant by microscope, proceed the first step on the study of protecting function and mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen on the brain.
