Objectives: In recent years, the people have conducted the massive research regarding immunoloregulation effect of bovine colostrums, but the most research technique was simple, the confidence level was not strong. Using the modern immunology experiment technology and the equipment carry on in-depth, careful, objective research to confirm immunoloregulation effect of bovine colostrum, which will certainly has the vital significance to health foods development of bovine colostrum, down to the entire dairying development. This experiment unified flow cytometry, the monoclonal antibody technology, the cell fluorescence chemistry technology and unilized the union principle of antigen and antibody to examine T lymphocyte subgroup, the B lymphocyte change in circumference blood of the mice through the flow cytometry; At the same time, the agarose gelatin electrophoresis examined bovine colostrum effect on programmed cell death of thymus. Thus, appraised immunoloregulation effect of bovine colostrum at two aspect of immune cell quantity and programmed cell death of immune organMethods: This experiment took 40 KunMing mice, stochastically divided into 4 groups, each group of 10.
