The losing function of human apparatus has been a serious threat against human's health, Transplant as a indispensable and effective method of treating this kind of disease had made great progress in the past fifty years. It was foreseen that transplant of human apparatus will be greatly developed in 21st century.Nowadays, the technology of surgical operation and separating of transplant is very successful, and transplantation rejection becomes the bottle-neck of further developing of transplant. The recipient has to take medicine whole life to inhibit transplantation rejection, so it is very important to develop immunosuppressant with potent effect and lower toxicity.According to modern immunology, the essence of transplantation rejection is the immune response of T cell. CD4+T cell plays an important role in all kinds of allograft rejection, such as acute rejection and chronic rejection. The activation of T cell (CD4+T cell) needs two indispensable signals,the formed complex between TCR and antigen peptide / MHC-II is one key signal.
