Studied on the chemical constituents of the fermentation and mycelia of three strains by all kinds of chromatographical techniques such as silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, PTLC and HPLC etc. 16 Compounds were isolated from the three strains and determined by means of physicochemical evidences and spectral methods. 5α , 8α-Epidioxyergosta-6, 22-dien-3β-ol(Sa) , 9(Z)-octadecenoic acid monoglyceryl ester(Sb) , ergosta-8 (9), 22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β 7α-tetraol(Sc) , ergosta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol(Sd) , pentitol (Se) , carbamide(Sf) , uracil(Sg) were isolated from Rhizopus sp.. 3-Isopropyl- pyrrolopiperazine-2,5-dione (Ta), 5α, 8α-epidioxyergosta-6, 22-dien-3β-ol (Tb) , pyrrolopiperazine-2,5-dione (Tc) , thymine (Td) , uracil(Te), mannitol(Tf) were separated from Oceanospirllum sp.. From metabolites of Micromonospora sp., dibutylphthalate(Fa) , phthalic acid bis-(2-ethyl-hexyl)ester(Fb), ergosta-5,7,22-triene-3 β-ol(Fc) , thymine (Fd) , Kojic acid(Fe) , amber acid(Ff) were obtained.Among them, compound Sc,Fa, Fb were isolated from their genus for the first time.
