Background With the development of our country,we can see more and more kidney stones. We cured the stone with medicine in the past,otherwise we turned to operation. But they are substituted by endoscopic technique and ESWL now,and some other upper urinary diseases are cured by endoscopic technique either. The volume of traditionary nephroscope are big,and the fistulous tract are also big, we will satisfied with the low pressure in pouring into pelvis.But we can see some complications,such as the damage of renal parenchyma,blood,and so on,these confine the application of the technique.we used ureteroscope in percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(PCNL) in the past few years. We often raise up the pressure of perfusion pump,so we can see operative field clearly,we take same method in per urethra ureteroscope.More and more perfusate in renal pelvis, and the intrapelvic pressre will be higher and higher,and there will be countercurrent and exosmose in higher pressure.We can not definitely say that the intrapelvic pressure could damage the renal function in endoscopic surgery wether or not.The nephron is the fundamental unit of kidney,the kidney diseases have urinary protein frequently.so we monitor the urinay protein and the histomorphology of nephridial tissue to evaluate...
