PART ONE ESTABLISHMENT AND DRUG-RESISTANCE GENE EXPRESSION OF CISPLATIN-RESISTANT CELL LINE ACC-3/CDDPObjective:To find appropriate experimental model for in vitro study of the role of Bcl-2oncogene in neoplasia and development of tumor cells, by establishing a CDDP-resistant cell line from human oral adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line Acc-3and comparing the drug-resistance gene expression between them.Method:The CDDP-resistant cell line Acc-3/CDDP was established. Total RNA was extracted from Acc-3/CDDP cell and mRNA expression of Bcl-2oncogene in Acc-3/CDDP cell was quantitatively detected by real-time RT-PCR.
