Objective: To seek more information in minim evidence for offering more possibility of establishing the molecular feature of criminal in the molecular level, by studying the relationship between pelage mtDNA4977bp deletion and age in the crowd and setting up equation concerned. Methods: According to the natural distribution rule of Chinese population, we cut some hairs from the 54 healthy han volunteers, got 4 respectively and had them cleansed with dehydrated alcohol, rinsed in distilled water and airdried. Close to the hair follicles, we intercepted 1.5cm, cut them into fragments by 0.3cm, put them in a 0.5ml Eptube and extracted DNA with chelex-100 and PK, then used prepared primers to have polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with DNA conservative section and 4977bp deletion mutational section respectively. If no deletion happened, the normal basyl about 5000bp couldn't be amplificationed, so nothing was produced. Otherwise, the PCR products of remain sequence would be amplificationed in accordance to the deletion of chondriosome section. Segregated by agarose gel electrophoresis, dyed with EB, the amplification...
