Researching The Relationship Between Emotion Factor, Individual Personality And Pectoral Pain And Stuffiness By Means Of Selective Coronary Argiography

Objective: The relationship is studied between emotion factor,individual personality and selective coronary argiography of pectoral pain and stuffiness patients,to reveal the functions of emotion factor and individual personality in the occurrence and development of pectoral pain and stuffiness.And objective evidence is provided for etiology and pathogenesis theory of TCM. Methods: 37 cases with pectoral pain and stuffiness are divided into a coronary heart disease(CHD) group and a non-CHD group according as selective coronary argiography results,then they are separately investigated with measure questionnaire of five emotions and Eysenck personality questionnaire,finally the author sets up a database for all study results and analyzes them by independent-samples T test statistical analysis way in SPSS10.0 statistic software. Results: Non-CHD group persons are mainly typical extroversion personality ,while CHD group patients are osculant personality primarily(P﹤0.05). Conclusion: Different personalities have various functions on the occurrence and development of pectoral pain and stuffiness.
