【Objective】1. The deposition of C4d in liver rejection was studied and the relationship of humoral rejection and the activation of complement was investigated.2. In lymphoid tissues, the deposition of complement and immunoglobin were studied, especially the deposition of C4d.3. Based on these results, the studies on the position of C4d deposition in lymphomas were performed.【Methods】This article included three parts.1. C4d immunohistological staining for the liver allograft biopsies, observing the relation between C4d deposition and rejection of liver.2. Using immunohistochemistical methods, the deposition of IgG,IgM,IgA,C3c,C4c,C1q,C4d were detected in lymph tissue, the deposited position of immunoglobin and complement, the deposited relationships of immunoglobin and complement were studied.3. The deposition of C4d was detected in different lymphoma with immunohistochemistical methods; the relationship of C4d deposited and the category of lymphoma were studied. The deposition of C4d in normal lymph tissue was studied as control.【Results】1. The deposition of C4d in the samples of liver rejection was higher than chronic rejection, ischemia reperfusion damage, bile duct occlusion, hepatitis B relapse after transplantation and hepatitis B. In the biopsies of liver rejection, C4d deposited in the vascular walls of portal areas and hepatic sinusoidal walls. In the...
