Objective Neuronal intestinal malformation is one of the most common diseases to the pediatric surgeons . It often occurs in newborns and children. .Its pathological characteristics are the abnormity on quantity ,quality and distribution of intestinal ganglion cells ,which result in a series of clinical symptoms, such as constipation , enterocolitis and others . We often divided this kind of disorders into Hirschprung's disease and allied disorders .Most scholars believes that NIM was congenital diseases ,due to heteroplasia of enteric nervous system. Recently we found a lot of cases with thair colonic ganglion cells normal at first ,but unnormal at 3 or 4 years old and later .Many studies show that the abnormity of colonic ganglion cells is accompanied by many adult colonic disorders. So the simple heteroplasia of enteric nervous system can not demonstrate this phenomenon. We conclude that acquired factors like is ischemia, anoxia, inflammation, infection ,toxin et al couse the delayed disorders. Perhaps these factors aggravate the congenital colonic neuronal disorders .As an important factor, chronic ischemia is studied in our experiment. Rats are used in the study ,whose colon is dilated to chronic ischemia by a kind of dilatation materials . After the operation ,the ganglion of the dilated colon are studied by the use of HE staining and CD immunohistochemistry. Methods: 25 rats weighed 250-300 gram were used in this experiment. After rats was hocused by ketamine, the right colon was cut to 2 segment. An external fistula was made to the oral segment ,and the anal segment was dilated...
