Objective: urinary incontinence is clinically the frequent disease in urinary surgery. The causes are complex. At present, the surgical therapies to urinary incontinence include bladder dilatation, detrusor muscle augmentation, sling operation of the bladder neck or posterior urethra, reconstruction of urethra, transposition of iliopsoas in replacement of pelvic floor, artificial urethral sphincter, et al. Recently, transurethral submucosal collagen injection to treat urinary incontinence is reported more. However, the effects of above-mentioned approaches are not satisfactory. The external urethral sphincter is not reconstructed, it doesn't contribute to complete recovery of automatic micturition . Urinary incontinence has a bad influence on the patients' physical and mental health, work and life. Therefore, it is important to investigate a new therapy that has a good curative effect and can be accepted by patients.
