Study On Relationship Between Autoantibodies Spectrum And Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective To study the relationship between autoantibodies and recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods 100 non-pregnant women with a history of recurrent spontaneous abortion served as study subjects, Which being further divided into 2 subgroups corresponding to 62(primary RSA) and 38(secondary RSA) respectively. 100 healthy women with a normal history served as controls . Determining two groups' serum anticardiolipin antibodies(ACA), anti- β₂ glucoprotein-1 antibodies( β₂GP1), antiphosphatidylethanolamine antibodies(APE), antiphosphatidylserine(aPS)(IgG) and aPS(IgM) by ELISA , thyroperoxidase antibodies(TPOAb) and antithyroglobulin antibodies(TgAb) by chemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLLA). x² analyses were used to compare positive rates of the autoantibodies.Results When ACA, β₂GP-1,APE,aPS(IgG),aPS(IgM),TPOAb and TgAb in serum sample> 10U/mL,20RU/mL, 15U/mL, 16GPS(IgG),22MPS(IgM),60U/mL and 60U/mL respectively were considered to be positive.The postive rates of autoantibodies in serum of study subjects were 8%,11%,53%,0%,0%,28% and 24% respectively. The postive rates of ACA, β₂GP-1 ,APE,aPS(IgG),aPS(IgM),TPOAb and TgAb in serum of controls were 0%, 0%,20.0%,0%,0%,6.0% and 4.0% respectively.
