ObjectiveTO observe Xiao Jin Pellet' (XJP) Anti-tumor Activity in vivo and vitro and study its Molecular Biological MechanismMaterials and MethodsAfter inoculated with H22 tumor cell line, ICR mice were randomly divided into different groups, then treated with drugs. In addition, blank control group was designed. After ten day' treatment, the experimental materials were drawn from mice and then mice were all sacrificed. Tumor tissues were decoherenced and selected carefully, and weighed, and then tumor inhibition ratios (IRs) were calculated. Blood samples were obtained through cutting off mouse' tail for then blood routine test. The numbers nucleated cells of bone marrow were counted by white blood cell count method and phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage was detected by toluylene red empirical method, and NK cell kill activity by MTT method. SD rats were divided into several groups in random and treated with drugs. Blood samples were obtained for serum preparison. Tumor IRs were detected by MTT method. The effect of XJP on 96 genes expression was analysed by tumor signal transduction gene chip, and variance between groups was analyzed with SPSS statistical software.Results;1 XJP was observed to in vivo inhabit growth of mouse hepatoma carcinoma cell H22 growth . IRs were: 31. 79% in small dose group, 50. 29% in midst dose group , 46. 24% in large dose group respectively, significant difference exists between...
