S180 cells was used to identify the functions of the bi Ginkgo :.oba extract. The extracts were prepared from the bi Ginkgo loba by the way of ethanol soaking, low pressure distill, organic reagent abstraction. Finally, the desired part of Juglans mandshurica maxim was got by means of chromatography. Primary experiments showed that LD50 and 95% range is 640. 12-395. 38mg/kg respectively.In the inhibited experiments on proliferation of cells, S180 cells were innoculate to the cavity of nice. From the inhibited curve, it also demonstrates that this function is dose-dependence.
