Abjective: To evaluate the human hepatic chymase levels in patients withchronic hepatits. anaiyz the correlation between the value of serum liver fibrosis markers and chymase. Mast ccll distribution in the specimens was determined. to explore Hepatic chymase content in chronic hepatitis relationship to fibrosis. Methods: The chymase levels were ditermincd by using the method ofenzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (EL1SA) in 45 cases of chronic hepatitis. observe chymase levels in different stage(s1-s4). Mast ccJ 1 distribution in the specimens was determined immunohistochemical ly using anti-chymase antibody .Get blood before biopsy .Serum liver fibrosis markers were ditermined by ELISA. Analyz the correlathion between the value of serum liver fibrosis markers and chymase.Results:1. The result of pathoobservation grouped by liver fibrosis stagc(S): S 1:10, S 2:12, S 3:11, S 4:12. The chymase levels correspondingly were : S1: 5.13 + 4.15, S2: 6.16 + 4.12, S3: 28.42+19.96, S4: 34.68 + 21.44.2. The chymase levels in different 1 iver fibrosis stage: The chymase levels of sl were not significantly higher than that of S2. (P>0.05). The chymase...
