The standard bacteria of disinfection test should be cultured and detected easily, growth stably, have typical shape, be representative of the same microorganism in the resistance to disinfection agents and be no or few hazardness to humans and animal. Vegetative cell of bacteria, mycobacterium, spore, fungi and virus are used to evaluate disinfection effect. There are some problems with virus as indicator, such as long time to be cultured , long surviving time when exposed to some physical chemistry agents ,being operated professionally, so people put great emphasis on seeking a substitute for virus . Phage , a kind of virus living in bacteria, is consisted of nucleic acids and capsid too. Equivalent to pathogenic enterovirus in resistance to disinfectant and similar to HAV, PV-I in biological characteristic, phage is easier to detect than virus and is harmless to human. So phage deserves careful study as indicator organism in virus pollution and inactivation test.In order to compare three phages with PV-I in the resistance to environment and trichlroisocynuric acid, suspension quantitative veridical test was used to carry out observation. Making T7 phage as target, we evaluated some factors on virucidal activity, including disinfection...
