Experimental Study On Morphological Property Of Cartilaginous Loose Bodies In The Knee Joint

Objective To evaluate and analyse the morphological property and physiological activity of cartilaginous loose bodies in the knee joint, to research the changeable mechanism of histological morphous and physiological function. To consummate the fundamental theory of loose bodies, to supply the necessary theory for our presumption to use the knee articular cavity as culture environment of the chondrocyte bracket.Methods All experimental samples were divided into two parts. One part were 30 cartilaginous loose bodies all through arthroscopy and were confirmed by pathological exam. 30 cartilaginous loose bodies were approximately divided into 3 groups of A(existence less 6 months), B(existence from 6 months to 1 year) and C(existence more than 1 year) according to its persistent time in the knee articular cavity. Another part were 30 control samples origined from non-weight loading side of articular cartilage through special equipment by arthroscopy. Group A had 14 samples and group B 10,group C 6. Each sample was divided into two parts after all samples were carried out the morphological measurement and observation in general. One part were made 3um pathological section and unusual section (especially for TEM) according to pathological technology.
