| High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a separation analysis method of physics or physical chemistry and it has the ability to separate and analyze similar medicine and metabolin at the same time. HPLC has been developed fast recent years, and it has played the leading role in pharmacokinetics study. In the dissertation, pharmacokinetics and bioavailability for two kinds of drugs were studied. Reversed phase HPLC (RP-HPLC) were used to assay the concentrations of the two drugs in plasma. The contents of the dissertation include two parts: 1. pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of acyclovir sustained-release tablet in dogsAIM To study of the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of Acyclovir sustained-release tablets after a single oral dose in Beagle dogs. METHODS Blood concentrations of Acyclovir were determined by RP-HPLC after a single oral dose of two kinds of Acyclovir tablet was given separately to 6 beagle dogs. RESULTS The main pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows: T1/2 was (4.10±0.20) hours. Tmax and Cmax was ( 4.05±0.54 ) hours and ( 6.90±0.68 ) μg·mL-1, respectively. MRT was ( 9.02±0.44 ) hours. According to the two sides t-test, there's distinct difference between Acyclovir sustained-release and general tablet in above... |
