Part IThe Study of Event -Related Potentials by Single Chinese Character Semantics Stimulus in normal ChildrenObjective: To study the feature of Event-Related Potentials waveforms elicited by single Chinese Character semantics stimulus in normal children, Observe the discrepancy of event related potentials by Chinese character semantic stimulus in different age groups. Evaluate the contribution of the age factor to event related potentials by Chinese character semantic stimulus. Methods: 57 normal children were randomly divided into the 7-years-old group (number=26) and the 10-years-old group (number=31) , To examine all 57 healthy children with Canadian Stellate Systems 32 Channels Digital EEG and《Children Cognition Development Stimulus System》designed by our topic group. To check all chldren using three different types of single Chinese Character semantics stimulus modules (related,non-related,pseudowords), While the stimulus information is shown to participants, EEG was recorded simultaneously. ERPs of three different stimulus were extracted from EEG, the P and N were analyzed, Ethology was analyzed also. Results:The latencies of N and P in related semantics stimulus were significantly different with that in the unrelated semantics stimulus and pesudowords. The amplitudes were not significantly different. The N waveform distributed all regions in the scalp, there was no...
