The Concurrent Efficacy Of Combined Therapy Of Chemotherapy And 3D-CRT For 4 Patients On â…¢b NSCLC

Objective:To evaluate the concurrent efficacy of combined therapy of chemotherapy and 3D-CRT onⅢb NSCLC.Method:Four patients were involved in the study,with 3D-CRT by 6mv x-ray DT60Gy/30f and paclitaxel(40mg/m2/w) plus carboplatin (AUC=2/w), evaluate efficacy on the solid tumor standard of WHO.Results:Four patients were sucessfully completed on the combined therapy,none of complete remission, partial remission in 3 cases and stabilization in 1 case.3 cases take to appearⅢ。Bone marrow depression, and RTOG 2 stages radioactivity esophagitis in 3 cases. RTOG 3 stages radioactivity esophagitis in 1 case, none of other serious adverse reaction.Conclusion:Combined therapy of chemotherapy and 3D-CRT is better effective for advanced NSCLC.
