Lung cancer is among the tumors of high malignancy and high incidence. Tumorigenesis involves a complicated multi-step process and it is made clear by molecular biology's researchs that tumorigenesis are in connections with activations of proto-oncogenes and inactivation of various antioncogenes at different stages. These gene changes will eventually lead to limitlessness of tumor cell growth. In this process, cyclins is one of the most important elements, exclude the regulations of cell growth by proto-oncogenes and antioncogenes. The gene of cyclin d1 is considered an important proto-oncogene in recent years, it's protein act a major role to promote cells to transform G1 period to S period, which is a key factor in cell's growth cycle, Those make the gene an ideal potential target for gene therapy of tumors.The protein of cyclin D1 was found in 1991 and cloned its relative cDNA. This protein can catalyze a series of important substrates(eg:Rb) phosphoricing in the key proces of G1 period to S period's transform in cell's growth cycle by activating cdk4 and cdk6, which leads to the discharge of and promotes the composes of DNA and to quicken cell's growth. Cyclin D1 is a promating factor for cell's growth, and it play an important part in the composes and duplication of cell's DNA, and push cell ahead to mitosis, the regular express of Cyclin D1 is the characteristic of cell's normal growth's activity. When Cyclin D1 excessively expresses, the cell will be keeping in reproducing and accelerate its growth process, which make the cell get eternal life, and become the tumor cell that have the capability of limitless fission.All these are most important contributions for cell's degeneration and the origenesis of the tumor, so, if we can find a way to suppress the activity and synthesion of Cyclin D1 specifically, we'll contral the tumor cell's growth cycles,and make them lose the capability of limitless proliferations, finally, the tumor will stop expand enen vanish gradually, our intention is reached.Presently, there are several methods to be applied to inhibit Cyclin D1's synthesion and...
