With the development of science and the extensive use of nuclear technology, people are more likely to be irradiated. At the same time, the possibility of irradiation damage caused by medical irradiation or nonmedical irradiation is also increasing. Hematopoietic tissue is hypersensitive to irradiation .When it was injured by irradiation, nucleated cells reduced evidently and replaced by adipose cells.Sometimes it occurred vacuity phenomenon.Hematopiesis dysfunction is the reason of severe affection and extensive hemorrhage. The most problem of irradiation damage in preventing and healing is how to reconstruct haematopoiesis fastly and effectively. In our prophase study, hemorrhage and affection were very severe in irradiation combined blast injury. The most important thing we observed was megalaryocytophagia. We think it's the reason resulted in extensive hemorrhage and platelet reduction. In this research,we will take megakaryocyte which come from rat bone marrow and megakaryocytic leukemia patient as the study object, after irradiation by 60 Co-γrays.And then we will observe the effect of irradiation damage on megakaryocyte and approach its possible mechanisms.Experiment study contains tow partsFirst part: Effect of Irradiation Damage onBone Marrow MegakaryocyteTaking megakaryocyte which come from rat bone marrow as the study object, taking survival cells and its colony formation as detection target and taking burn injury and irradiation combined burn injury as contrast we will observe the effect of irradiation damage on bone marrow megakaryocyte.Experimental method:1. Taking monocyte which come from rat bone marrow as the study object we will observe the effect of irradiation damage on the survival cells of bone marrow monocyte.2. Taking megakaryocyte which come from rat bone marrow as the study object we...
