Objective To study the correlation between DNA contain ,aneuploidy, cellproliferation activity and malignant extension of paracarcinoma tissue ; To study the relation between aneuploidy ratio,cell proliferation activity,protein expression of PTEN gene of carcinoma tissue and clinicopathology feature of gastric carcinoma patients;Detecting the level of protein of PTEN gene in gastric carcinoma is to evaluate the possible role mechanism of PTEN gene in the process of gastric carcinoma.Methods Forty gastric carcinoma and corresponding paracancerous specimens were obstained, flow cytometry was used to examine quantitatively cell nucleus DNA contain, cell proliferation activity; aneuploidy was decided by DNA contain .twenty normal gastric mucous membrance,forty gastric carcinoma tissue and corresponding paracancerous tissue specimens were obstained, PTEN protein expression was evaluated by S-P immunohistochemistry. then the clinical significance was analysed with clinical parameters.Results In gastric tissue DI is 1.35±0.10,PI is 18.25±3.32,aneuploidy ratio is 82.5percentage(33/40),then in paracancerous 3 centimeter , 5 centimeter, 7 centimeter , farther distant disconnection sample, DI is 1.20±0.08 , 1.17±0.Q5, 1.01±0.03, 0.96±0.01,respectively.PI is 16.03±3.27, 15.92±3.20, 9.54±2.23,6.27±2.17 , respectively .aneuploidy ratio is 70.0%, 65.0% ,17.5%, 7.5%,respectively .DI,PI,...
