Objective: This study was to assess the effect and safety of intracoronary administration of anisodamine on no-reflow phenomenon following primary PCI in patients with AMI by corrected TIMI frame count (CTFC), ST segment elevation index, PC Scout Monitor 90309 hemodynamic monitor systems and GE VIVI-7.Methods: 100 patients with ST segment elevation AMI performed primary PCI were admitted to our hospital from September 2004 to December 2005. Among these patients,16 patients (14 male, 2 female, mean age was 60.63±10.03) were found no-reflow phenomenon .Time from the onset of angina pectoris to PCI was 7.88±3.65 hours. Entry criteria: all the patients had persistent angina for more than 30 minutes; the cardiac enzyme peak beyond two folds of normal range; troponin I positive; ECG showed ST-segment elevation evolved in two or more bordering leads or newly appeared left bundle branch block. The no-reflow phenomenon was defined that after PCI were performed successfully, there was no dissection of the coronary artery,no acute thrombosis at the site of stenting,no thrombus embolism, no coronary intima tear or spasm, but the TIMI blood flow was below degree 2. Exclusion criteria:the history of...
